Working hands on with clients and colleagues, I have shown that I am a multi skilled professional with a understanding of the administrative side of a role, such as development of and maintaining of budgets as well as having managed a team of 6 staff and organising the deployment of resources.

My knowledge of ICT systems is above excellent, with Microsoft training as well as a lengthy teaching experience. I have chosen to work in learning and development as I find the opportunity to affect people's lives both enjoyable and rewarding, as well as providing a tangible sense of purpose.
